JOB TITLE – SYSTEM ANALYSTS
Analyze business processes and gather requirements to design and implement SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module solutions that align with business objectives. Provide recommendations on SAP system configuration customization with respect to sales and distribution module and integrate with other cross functional modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate system functionality. Manage the quality of the deliverables to ensure high-end quality and minimize the risk of post-go-live issues. Conduct workshops, training sessions and knowledge transfer activities to educate end-users. Develop and maintain documentation including functional and technical specifications configuration guides and user manuals. Perform Unit, Integration, User Acceptance, and Performance testing. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and system errors leveraging. Skills required: SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP R/3, SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA, and IDOC. Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology or Engineering (any); or Business Administration with 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation is required
